The Parks at Meadowview is a new private gated community just south of Chapel Hill in North Carolina featuring 10 unique parks spread throughout 785 acres, providing an array of activities for the whole family to enjoy year round. In fact, nearly half the community is devoted to open space.

The Parks offers an unbeatable amenity package, including Parks Center, the centerpiece of the community, which will offer a playground, pools, tennis courts, and fitness and kids’ program rooms. The community will also have a full-time activities director to help coordinate community events.
